6-channel particle counter
Compares particle concentrations across six size channels and also records temperature, humidity, dew point and wet-bulb conditions. It does not identify mold.
Thermal imaging camera
Shows surface-temperature patterns that can guide closer moisture, insulation, air-leakage or equipment investigation.
Non-invasive moisture meter
Compares accessible material readings without puncturing the finished surface. Readings vary with material density and depth and are interpreted as part of a moisture map.
Carbon-monoxide detector
Measures ambient carbon monoxide during combustion and indoor-air investigations. It does not replace properly installed carbon-monoxide alarms.
Good instruments support good diagnosis. Results still depend on access, operating conditions, the material or system being tested, and interpretation by an experienced technician.
