What does the first visit cost?
For new customers, the trip fee is $89 plus tax. Half of that first fee is credited if you approve the work, including work scheduled for a return visit. Diagnosis and repairs are additional; charges will be explained before proceeding. Existing customers and referrals typically do not pay the trip fee.
Can I request a free estimate?
Qualifying residential installation estimates cover a quick visual assessment without tools. Troubleshooting, testing and diagnosis are paid services. Rental, commercial, builder and for-sale properties do not qualify for the free-estimate offer.
Can I book an emergency?
Availability must be confirmed. Emergency service for new customers is not guaranteed, and an emergency premium may apply.
