A Free Estimate* is a limited visual review and estimated price, where practical, for qualifying residential work. Water-heater, boiler and A/C replacements are common examples.

When tools, testing or diagnosis will provide the right answer, Jeff explains the anticipated charge before that work begins.

The Free Estimate* program is intended for residential homeowners and appropriate replacement projects. Landlords, builders, developers, retail or commercial properties, and real-estate properties offered for sale are outside the program. Diagnostic work and tool use are priced separately.

The basic trip fee is normally waived for established Even Flow clients and customers referred by them. Referred customers should include the referring person’s name and town in the appointment request. Jeff reviews eligibility when confirming the visit.

Jeff explains the anticipated diagnostic charge before using tools or beginning diagnostic work. Once the findings are clear, he explains the repair options and associated pricing.

At Jeff’s discretion, 50% of the trip fee may be credited when you approve the work during the visit, including larger work scheduled for a later date.

Give at least 24 hours’ notice. The full trip fee applies to late cancellations and missed appointments. A rescheduled visit has its own trip fee; if the work proceeds, Jeff may credit 50% of the original trip fee while the second trip fee remains due.

Requests outside the normal service area are welcome for review. Any extended-travel or after-hours charge is confirmed in advance. An extended-travel trip fee may be collected before the visit.

Even Flow accepts cash, check and major credit cards. Larger projects normally require a one-third deposit. Eligible customers age 65+, military members and EMS personnel may receive one 5% discount before taxes with proof of eligibility. Discounts are limited to one per invoice.
