Even Flow Inc. operates www.evenflow.plumbing to provide information about its plumbing, heating and air-conditioning services and to receive service inquiries. These terms address use of this website. They do not replace the separate terms provided with an estimate, work authorization, service contract or invoice.

Browsing this website or submitting an appointment request does not, by itself, authorize work or accept a service contract.

Information and photographs

Website information is general guidance, not a diagnosis of your equipment or a substitute for an on-site assessment. Equipment, installation conditions, manufacturer requirements and applicable codes differ. Do not rely on website material to perform hazardous work or override manufacturer instructions.

Project photographs illustrate particular installations. Your installation may differ greatly. Product descriptions, availability and specifications may change. We aim to keep information accurate and welcome reports of errors. Appointment requests and emergencies

Submitting a form is a request for contact, not a confirmed appointment or a guarantee of availability. An appointment is confirmed when Jeff contacts you and agrees on the arrangements. Provide accurate contact and property information and submit requests only for yourself or someone you are authorized to represent.

The website and its forms are not continuously monitored emergency channels. If there is an immediate threat to life or safety, contact 911 or the appropriate utility emergency service from a safe location. Do not wait for a website response.

Requests, offers and communication failures

No automatic entitlement. This limitation does not exclude liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, including applicable consumer-protection remedies, and does not excuse fraud, willful misconduct or gross negligence or alter obligations under an accepted service agreement.

Use this website lawfully. Do not submit spam, false requests, malicious code or material that infringes another person’s rights. Do not attempt to access private information, bypass security controls, disrupt the website or interfere with other visitors. We may restrict access reasonably necessary to address misuse or protect the website.
