Manufacturer warranty coverage
Manufacturer warranties are separate and vary greatly by product. Their terms, limitations, time frames and administration are set by the manufacturer. Even Flow cannot guarantee a manufacturer’s coverage or response time.
How drain-clearing work can qualify
A cleared drain can receive one-year clog coverage when camera inspection verifies the cleared section, qualifying work is paid in full and the coverage is written on the invoice at the time of service. Jeff selects the clearing method; hydro-jetting is one option rather than a requirement.
Camera access is required for this coverage. The written coverage applies to the verified clog and excludes later blockages caused by foreign objects, misuse or ordinary wear.
Product coverage
For the strongest product-and-labor coverage, have Even Flow supply the product. A customer-supplied product accepted in advance receives installation-labor coverage only. Product defects and the labor required to diagnose, remove or reinstall that product are billed separately.
