Carbon-monoxide detector

No method can promise that. Jeff uses the available evidence to narrow the likely source and explains when access, monitoring or a specialist is the sensible next step.
Does a thermal image prove there is a leak?
No. A thermal camera shows temperature patterns. Jeff compares those patterns with moisture readings, system behavior and site conditions before drawing a conclusion.
How are refrigerant leaks checked?
The method depends on the refrigerant, equipment and access. Electronic detection, visual evidence, approved bubble solution and authorized pressure testing may be used.
What should I do if I smell gas?
Leave immediately and call 911 or your gas utility from a safe location. Do not remain inside to call Even Flow or submit a form.
